He stressed the necessity of creating opportunities for Armenians to settle in the country, stating, “If we do not create conditions for our compatriots to establish residence in Armenia in a dignified way, they will find alternative countries.”

Sinanyan also mentioned that there are no available funds for immediate response but highlighted their efforts to cover travel and accommodation costs for some families, working through partnerships to resolve issues more efficiently.
