Flomo referenced House Rule 44.1, which obligates members to combat corruption and exemplify ethical behavior. Additionally, he cited Chapter 2, Article 5, Subsection (c) of the 1986 Constitution of Liberia, which emphasizes the eradication of corruption and the misuse of governmental resources through effective legislative measures.
