The Ambassador conveyed heartfelt regards and best wishes from Party General Secretary Tô Lâm and State President Lương Cường to President Chapo in light of his election as Chairman of the Mozambique Liberation Front (Frelimo) and subsequent inauguration. She also extended an invitation for the President to visit Vietnam in the near future.
