Hannan Metals Identifies Extensive Copper Porphyry Target at Previsto, Peru

Hannan Metals Limited has identified a large copper porphyry target at its Previsto project in Peru, measuring 750 m long and 192 m wide. Systematic sampling indicates consistent copper mineralization. The project is located close to previously noted high-grade gold mineralization, highlighting the area’s substantial mining potential. Current exploration activities are expanding, guided by a skilled team.

Hannan Metals Limited has reported significant findings at its Previsto project in Peru, revealing a copper porphyry target that measures 750 meters in length and up to 192 meters in width. This discovery stems from systematic channel sampling along four parallel creeks, confirming substantial copper mineralization and signalling the project’s vast potential, located near previously identified high-grade gold mineralization.

The continuous copper mineralization has been systematically sampled from channels spaced between 130 and 290 meters apart, demonstrating strong continuity. Notable surface sampling results include grades from up to 0.22% Cu over 126 meters, pointing toward an expansive mineralized system that remains open to the North, South, and East, indicating possible extensive copper resources yet to be explored.

The exploration team at Hannan includes five geologists and ten support staff actively working to delineate the scope of copper and gold mineralization at Previsto. Hannan’s CEO, Michael Hudson, highlighted the copper system’s potential, remarking on its proximity to previously announced high-grade gold findings and underscoring the broader exploration opportunities in the district.

In conclusion, Hannan Metals Limited has identified a significant copper porphyry target at its Previsto project in Peru, showcasing promising mineralization and strategic geological features. The findings suggest expansive potential for both copper and gold resources, highlighting the ongoing exploration efforts that could unlock significant mineral wealth in this district. Such developments present Hannan as a key player in advancing sustainable resource extraction in Peru.
