Rwanda and DRC Presidents Engage in Qatar Talks to Address Eastern Congo Tensions

The Presidents of Rwanda and the DRC held talks in Qatar to deescalate tensions in eastern Congo, following the M23 rebels’ withdrawal from peace negotiations.
