AGF Warns of State of Emergency for States Threatening Nigeria’s Stability

The Attorney General of the Federation has warned that the Federal Government will declare a state of emergency in any state threatening Nigeria’s stability, specifically mentioning Rivers State. In a recent statement, the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi, emphasized that the Federal Government, under President Bola Tinubu, will not hesitate to declare a state of emergency in any state that jeopardizes Nigeria’s stability, particularly its economic interests.
