Jaishankar Engages with Ukraine, Thailand, and Peru at Raisina Dialogue 2025

He commended Ukraine’s Foreign Minister, Andrii Sybiha, for sharing insights regarding peace negotiations and welcomed the recent establishment of a new Ukrainian Consulate General in Mumbai, which aims to enhance bilateral relations.
In his interactions, Dr. Jaishankar expressed satisfaction in meeting Thailand’s Foreign Minister, Maris Sangiampongsa. With Peru’s Foreign Minister Elmer Schialer Salcedo, discussions centered on advancing bilateral political, economic, and infrastructure ties. They also signed an agreement on information exchange between the National Archives of India and the General Archives of Peru, signifying a noteworthy step in their diplomatic relations.
The Raisina Dialogue, occurring from March 17 to 19, is organized by the Observer Research Foundation in collaboration with India’s Ministry of External Affairs.
