BYD Seagull Introduced in Morocco with Two Driving Range Options

BYD has officially launched the Seagull in Morocco, offering two versions with driving ranges of 230km and 300km. Recently, BYD has launched the Seagull in the Moroccan market, marking its continuous growth in the region. This electric vehicle is available in two versions, equipped with advanced BYD blade batteries, offering driving ranges of 230 kilometers and 300 kilometers. Under optimal conditions with DC fast charging, the Seagull can be charged from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes.

Since its entry into Morocco in July 2023, BYD has introduced six passenger vehicles, including the Han, Tang, Yuan PLUS, Song PLUS, Seal, and Seagull. The Seagull is positioned as a significant addition to the Moroccan new energy vehicle market.

At a recent press conference, Adil Bennami, General Manager of BYD’s Moroccan partner Auto Nejma, highlighted the Seagull’s urban design, stating that it integrates cutting-edge technology with practical design features to enhance daily life through innovation. This model offers a high-strength car body, up to six safety airbags, a 10.1-inch adaptive rotating screen, and a smart connectivity system compatible with both Android Auto and Apple Carplay. Additionally, it boasts intelligent voice control for a more enjoyable driving experience.
