“It pleases me to acknowledge the untiring efforts of IPAC and its leadership in fostering democracy, and in this regard, through the medium of film which will serve as a long-lasting historical record in honouring our nation’s political heroes… The Federal Government is willing to support this unique documentary,” Idris remarked. He expressed appreciation for IPAC’s role in advancing democratic development, underscoring the importance of political parties in promoting unity and national progress.

Moreover, he reiterated the government’s commitment to healthy political competition and collaboration among parties after elections, as championed by President Bola Tinubu. Idris remarked on the significance of political parties as the foundation of democracy, asserting that while electoral competition is vital, unity is essential for national growth.

The National Chairman of IPAC, Yusuf Dantalle, explained that the documentary would not only emphasize advancements made in sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, and education but also serve as a valuable educational resource for the younger generation. Targeting Gen Z, the documentary will feature notable Nollywood actors and will adhere to high production standards.

Dantalle highlighted that, “the documentary, in addition to being a historical marker, targets the younger generation, particularly Gen Z, as the film will serve as an educational resource and a unifying narrative of Nigeria’s democratic evolution.” The IPAC delegation included several members, such as Dipo Olayokun, Dan Nwayanwu, and Maxwell Mabudem, among others.
