Notably, food inflation registered at 28.1%, decreasing from 28.3% in January. In this context, the Upper West Region reported the highest food inflation rate at 49.8%, closely followed by the Savannah Region at 48.6%.
Ghana’s inflation reduction to 23.1% in February 2025, primarily driven by declining food prices, is a positive development.
