Gen Kabarebe Discusses Persistent Threat of FDLR to Rwanda’s Development

Gen Kabarebe highlighted that this genocidal group has survived for nearly thirty years largely due to backing from certain international powers. He emphasized that these nations utilize the FDLR to undermine Rwanda’s development efforts.
