The Cabinet also reviewed messages emphasizing the enhancement of bilateral relations and cooperation with several allied nations.

The Cabinet discussed a strategic partnership agreement between the Government of Kuwait and Microsoft, presented by Minister of State for Communications Affairs, Omar Saud Al-Omar. This partnership will establish various technological centers, including an artificial intelligence data center and a Cloud Computing Center of Excellence, focusing on equipping national skills for future job market demands.

Additionally, the Cabinet reviewed recommendations from the Ministerial Committee for Economic Affairs concerning the 2025-2026 annual development plan. They have assigned the General Secretariat to collaborate with relevant authorities to address any barriers to the plan’s execution effectively. The Cabinet approved several agenda items and referred other topics to appropriate ministerial committees for further analysis and action.
