This initiative has been confirmed by the press service of the House of Representatives of Belarus. Among the observers, Sergei Rachkov serves as the coordinator of the group from the Collective Security Treaty Organization Parliamentary Assembly (CSTO PA). Gennady Lepeshko represents the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, while Anzhelika Kurchak is part of the Commonwealth of Independent States Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (CIS IPA) observation mission.
